This spacious 3-room maisonette with a fresh, modern feel offers an open-plan living and dining area on two levels, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a breakfast terrace with morning sun, and a sunny southwest-facing balcony with beautiful views of the private garden and the Börgerende park. The modern and tastefully furnished holiday home is fully equipped and provides amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player and a small media library, and a sound system with wireless playback from your own mobile phone/tablet (internet radio, podcasts, Spotify, etc.). A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (including freezer compartment), oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher is available for preparing culinary delights. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth in all rooms, and a crackling wood-burning stove creates a special ambiance on relaxing evenings. A private parking space and bicycle racks are available directly in front of the house.
