The house is located at ground level (Parterre) and features a total of five rooms, including three separate bedrooms, offering up to six sleeping accommodations. Each bedroom is designed with attention to detail, ensuring restful nights for all guests. A full bathroom with level-access shower, WC, sink, and hairdryer, plus a separate guest WC, offer maximum convenience for families and larger groups.

The open kitchen, seamlessly connected to the living room, is fully equipped to enable you to prepare meals with ease. It features a ceran cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, and comprehensive cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery. A practical dining area with a dining table invites you to share meals in a pleasant atmosphere.

The living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and cable TV, provides the perfect setting to unwind after an active day.
